Shipping Policy

All Maifa Fencing quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation due to market fluctuations. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued without prior authorization. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for unloading upon delivery.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 15-20 business days, subject to the availability of all necessary components.

It is the customer's duty to be present at the delivery to check for any damaged items and verify the quantities received. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are at the mercy of the shipping carrier's schedule.

Delivery will be made to your driveway or the closest accessible location for the delivery truck, but the driver will not move the items into your yard. Although we strive to ensure your items arrive promptly and in perfect condition, there is a risk of damage or loss during transit.

In the case of missing or damaged goods, please note the issue on the carrier's delivery receipt and notify us promptly. The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered items.

Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery completion.

Order Processing: The processing period starts from the date of full payment.

Shipping: We ship through established shipping company lines. The customer or their representative must unload and inspect the delivery.
